A.J. Razack is the Managing Director of Selathaar. His entrepreneurial journey began in the year 1994 with Selathaar and went on to transform it into Asia’s frontline tanning solutions provider. Over the next two decades invested and managed several business ventures across sectors such as real estate, construction, education, hospitality, manufacturing and retail. He has leadership-based expertise evaluating key business drivers and developing strategies to achieve sustained profitable growth for stakeholders. Razack brings significant understanding of consumer related businesses from his experience in business performance, operations, governance, people management and strategy.
M.P. Saravanan is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has nearly three decades of experience with specialization in Investment Banking Services. His core expertise includes fund raising, M & A advisory services and business valuation. He has completed wide range of transactions across the sectors including Aviation and Ports. Saravanan has also completed many cross-border transactions in the past. He is serving as Executive Director of Unicorp Advisors for last eleven years. Prior to that, he held a position of Director of a Consultancy company and Partner of leading audit firm. Saravanan also ventured into two SMEs focusing on Organic Agriculture and ITES. Both the companies made an impact as first of its kind in South India in their respective fields.
Irfan A Naheem
Irfan A Naheem has 13 years of experience working with MNCs like Hewlett Packard, Aditya Birla Group, Marmore MENA (a subsidiary of Kuwait Financial Centre - Markaz). His areas of expertise are operations, business analysis, investment & industry research. In his previous role he handled several research and consulting assignments across different sectors. He holds a Masters in Islamic Banking and Finance from University of Salford (UK) and has also visited Great Lakes Institute of Management as a faculty for an MDP program.
Sujit Mundul is a corporate and investment banker for over four decades. He started his career with Standard Chartered Bank group in mid-seventies in its Calcutta branch and served many senior positions of the group in India and other countries including the Group Credit Department in London. He retired as CEO and Director of Standard Chartered Bank, Nepal a subsidiary of SCB, London PLC. He served the board of SCB, Nepal for fourteen years and stepped down in 2017. Sujit also served as Governing Member of UN Capital Development Fund (UNCDF), Nepal for implementing UNNATI Project. He was the first non Nepali to be awarded the prestigious Manager of the Year award in 2005 by the Management Association of Nepal for his sterling contribution in changing the very dynamics of the banking industry in Nepal. Sujit is an Msc, LLB, CAIIB, AIB. He also attended senior executive management programmes in Manchester Business School and Templeton college in Oxford university. He is currently on the board of Consolidated Consortium Construction Company Ltd and Unicorp Advisors Pvt Ltd.
Rehana Ameer is a serial entrepreneur with ventures in IT, engineering, management consulting, housing, healthcare and education in the UK, Middle East and India. She is also an elected Independent Councillor for Vintry ward in the City of London Corporation. She is the first Indian born woman to be ever elected in the City's 950 years of history. Rehana is the Co-founder and Chairman of City Commonwealth Economic forum. Rehana holds several public and charitable organisations board positions. She is also an advisor and mentor to a few Chambers of Commerce in the UK and abroad. Rehana was offered Fellowship of the Royal Society for encouragement of Arts, Manufacturers and Commerce. She is an MBA in International Business from the UK and holds several global certifications in IT and Management to her credit.
Aslam Khan is an experienced technologist, entrepreneur and business leader with more than two decades of work experience. Aslam Khan currently serves as Chairman and Managing Director of Octaware Technologies. His brain-child, Octaware Technologies Limited (BSE – 540416), got listed on the BSE –SME platform on April 5, 2017 and was oversubscribed by 148%. Prior to the inception of Octaware in 2005, he was the Director of AskMe Corporation – Seattle, worked at Microsoft Corporation, Redmond, USA as a lead developer and Citibank N.A, Japan. He is a member on the advisory boards of several organizations that operate in the space of information technology and healthcare. He also serves as member of the Steering Committee of NASSCOM Foundation's Business Responsibility Forum. Aslam holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Mumbai. He has completed the Advanced Management Program at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and has secured executive education at Harvard Business School, MIT's Sloan School of Management and Said Business School of Oxford University.
